① Use a bus
If you use a bus, take the bus (Hakonetozan bus or Izuhakone bus) and get off at the 【Kowakien Bus Stop】.
Our pick-up service is from 2:30 to 5:30 pm.
②Use a substitute bus
Currently, there is a shuttle bus service between Hakoneyumoto and Gora station instead of the Hakone Tozan Railway.
You will be able to use this shuttle bus to reach our pick-up place【Chokoku-no-Mori station Bus stop】.
Our pick-up service is from 2:30 to 5:30 pm.
Please Note：
●There is a bus stop with a similar name nearby.
Please let us know the landmark after you got off the bus.
●Please note that the express will not stop at 【Chokoku-no-Mori station Bus stop】.
③Use a taxi
Please use a taxi if you are going to be late than 5:00 pm departure at Hakoneyumoto station as your arrival time because it would be out of our pick-up service hours when you arrived at our pick-up places.
This is the easiest and fastest way to reach our inn if you arrived even though before 5:00 pm at Hakoneyumoto station.
